In this 8.0 update, you will be able to finish all previously started storylines and start a new, unified storyline. In the new storyline MC will witness public sex, right in the toilet of the university, as well as possibly strengthen his relationship with his classmate Agness, who will politely invite MC to hang out at her house.

About the update:

In this update, all previous story branches up to version 8.0 are completely finished. This means that with any "playstyle" and any election (except one - give up working for the Rector), you will be able to see the 8.0 update.
